shipping policy

Our store provides variety of interior design products which are handmade. They are shipped to you directly from our manufacture using delivery services from companies like DPD or FedEx. Cost of delivery depends on your address and country. Every item is carefully packed into one or more number of boxes. Each time we ship your order you will receive e-mail with tracking number and quantity of boxes sent with dedicated tracking number. Where do we ship our products?

We ship to European Union, United Kingdom, Ukraine, Switzerland and selected regions of United States of America. Please provide your detailed address during check out to verify possibility of delivery to your location.  

What we cover in price and shipping costs indicated during check out:

1. Price of the goods ordered

2. Applicable Value Added Tax or Sales Tax

3. 100% of shipping fees, there are no hiden cost of delivery

What we do not cover:

Customs duties if applicable in your country when ordering from Poland (European Union member).

It is usually collected by courier (eg. FedEx) but this is not a price of delivery.

When buying from Poland customs DO NOT apply in European Union countries.

During promotional periods we cover shipping fees and select shipping service supplier.
